Whanaungatanga is embedded in our training programme providing mentorship into the ultimate delivery of our roasted coffee via the roaster, espresso machines, and café partners. We aim to do this in partnership with the support of our foundation partners at Noaia and Sign of the Takahe.

We aim to support through:

Supplying of ethically sourced, indigenous grown roasted coffee for wholesale and retail sale,

Provide machinery and support to our café partners,

Provide espresso machine, café management and roaster training to those who wish to purse a career or employment in the hospitality industry with Manaakitanga at the core of our programmes,

Expand into blends of tea for refreshment, and medicinal purposes,

Provide ongoing support to graduates of our programmes via an alumni or graduate programme,

Offer and embed our business model into other iwi and hapu groups growing and leaving a legacy of a true Aotearoa brand of coffee / kawhe, a form of franchising if you will,

Look at the export market for coffee and café opportunities,

Laydown a benchmark of a business formed as a true reflection of a relationship under Te Tiriti.
